Every Vigilant Security & Concierge officer undergoes a full 5 year screening process in strict accordance with the BS7858 before being allocated any operational duties for the company. Additionally we also carry out credit status checks along with enhanced annual DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service formerly known as CRB or i.e. Criminal Records Bureau checks) checks on all officers who will be assigned to certain clients for example for those working with vulnerable adults and young persons, it gives our clients peace of mind.

IMG_9819We also operate a reserve team of officers available to deal with those ad hoc and last minute problems that not only our existing client base experience but those for Guarding 1
new contracts/clients, the purpose is twofold one to offer to all persons officers who have the experience and gravitas to deal with all manner of situations. Officers to satisfy their requirements and or emergencies, For example in the last major civil unrest that took place in London and other cities across the country, we provided in excess of 85 additional officers to offer support to beleaguered business owners and private individuals wishing to safeguard their properties and assets.
