The Company’s aim is to appoint, train, develop and promote its employees on the basis of merit and ability. Disciplinary action under the disciplinary procedure will be taken against any employee who is found to have committed an act of unlawful discrimination. Discriminatory conduct and sexual or racial harassment will be regarded as acts of gross misconduct.
If there is any doubt about appropriate treatment under the Vigilant’s Equal Opportunities Policy, employees should consult their immediate supervisor. Grievance procedure is available to any employee who which to challenge unfair discrimination against them.
